Marlborough, MA – August 4, 2006 – Device Technologies, Inc., an ISO9001:2000 certified company announces a new, unique service business for the electrostatic powder coat finishing of wire, cable, metal strip, stampings and other linear, reel-to-reel products. Electrostatic powder coatings can be applied to products for both functional and/or decorative purposes.

“A wide range of powder materials can be applied to accommodate end-product needs, including thermosets like epoxies or thermoplastics such as nylon,” according to DTi President Nicholas Petri. “Powders can be applied that achieve electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, lubricity, or addition of virtually any color.”

Device Technologies’ new location at The 495 Technology Center, 155 Northboro Road in Southborough, Massachusetts, will house the Company’s new Advanced Technology Division’s linear electrostatic powder coating operation as well as DTi’s existing specialty fastener engineering and manufacturing operation.
