The two companies have worked together successfully for many years on key distribution projects, making the acquisition a natural strategic fit.
Essentra’s extensive range of access hardware – hinges, latches, handles and locks -in combination with DTi’s specialist grommet edging, cable sleeving, door & window seals, offers clients a broader, more integrated portfolio for public transport applications.
Together, they are well-positioned to further support rail, bus and other transport OEM manufacturers with components that improve equipment protection, reliability, safety and ease of installation.
