Custom Cutting
DTI's cutting service ensures that each piece is a uniform length and has a clean edge. This reduces material waste and the OEM avoids having to do any manual cutting on the line. DTi ensures that each piece is a standard length.
Custom Kits
These kits are labeled and packaged as pre-cut lengths of grommets or seals that can either be included with the finished product for end-customer installation or used on an assembly line to reduce confusion and material waste. If multiple pieces are needed, then it completely avoids an assembler having to cut multiple pieces of different lengths. They simply have all the necessary lengths at hand. It greatly increases productivity for the OEM.
One Piece Seals
One-piece seals are particularly popular. They are a better choice than seals with terminating ends that are bonded on-site if you are looking to boost the efficiency of your process.
